Do I have to answer a question?

Yes. Every competition has a multiple-choice skill question. You must answer it correctly to be eligible for the draw. This is what makes Winmaxx a lawful prize competition rather than a lottery.

Can I enter for free?

Yes. There is a free postal entry route with exactly the same chance of winning. See the Free Entry page for details. No purchase is necessary.

Are the draws really guaranteed?

Yes. Every draw goes ahead on its fixed date (or at sell-out), regardless of how many tickets are sold. No rollovers, no extensions. Each draw is publicly verifiable.

What are instant wins?

Some competitions pre-allocate prizes to specific ticket numbers. If your ticket matches, you win instantly, revealed the moment you buy. There is still a main draw for the headline prize.

How do I get my prize?

You can take a physical prize or, where offered, its cash alternative. A win is paid once a short claim-verification step is completed.
