How it works

1. Pick a competition and answer its multiple-choice skill question.
2. Choose how many tickets to buy (single or a bundle), or enter free by post.
3. Only correct answers are eligible. Each entry gets a unique ticket number.
4. On the fixed draw date (or at sell-out), a winner is drawn at random from eligible entries using a documented, publicly verifiable method.
5. Every draw is guaranteed. No rollovers, no extensions.

Is this gambling?

No. Winmaxx runs skill-based prize competitions under the UK Gambling Act 2005. Two things keep it a lawful prize competition rather than a lottery: a genuine element of skill (the multiple-choice question you must answer correctly to be eligible), and a free entry route with exactly the same chance of winning. Because of this, Winmaxx operates outside Gambling Commission licensing.
