Placeholder terms pending review by a qualified person before any real launch. They encode the rules Winmaxx operates by.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and a UK resident (and, where enabled, Isle of Man or Channel Islands). We capture your date of birth to confirm this.

2. Skill question

Each competition has a genuine multiple-choice question shown before payment. Only entries with the correct answer are eligible for the draw. This applies equally to postal entries.

3. Free entry route

You may enter any competition free by post with exactly the same chance of winning, in the same draw pool. See the Free Entry page for the address and required details. No purchase is necessary.

4. Draws

Draws are guaranteed and take place on the fixed date shown (and/or at sell-out). There are no rollovers and no extensions. Winner selection uses a documented, publicly verifiable random method, and each draw publishes a verification panel and an entry list.

5. Cancellation and refunds

If a competition is cancelled, entry fees are refunded. We do not operate any inactivity fee, balance forfeiture, or replacement-entry-only remedy.

6. Prizes and cash alternative

Physical prizes may carry a cash alternative shown on the competition page; the exact figure and your election are recorded. A win is not paid until a claim-verification step (age/identity/eligibility) is completed.

7. Your data

We collect only what we need. You can delete your account at any time; deletion does not forfeit any unresolved winnings. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Responsible play

You can set daily and monthly spend limits and self-exclude at any time from your account.
